Towne and Grace offers a spacious parking lot with 34 designated parking spaces, complemented by free street parking options. The parking area is easily accessible and conveniently located near the entrance to the venue.

OVERTIME
Events must conclude by midnight. Overtime can be arranged; please discuss with your event coordinator for additional costs involved.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Clients are expected to leave the venue in the same condition as received. Any damages incurred during the event will be charged to the client.
FURNITURE

Please inform us in advance if furniture needs to be moved or rearranged. Notice of at least 24 hours is appreciated.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- Decorations with glitter or confetti are prohibited.
- Cooking is restricted on-site.

A 50% non-refundable reservation payment is required upon booking. Rescheduling is possible within the terms agreed upon with management.

To help limit the spread of the coronavirus,Towne and Grace has protocols in place so guests can book with peace of mind. We do the following prior to each booking:

• Sweep, mop and clean the space.
  

• Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  

• Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  

• Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  

• Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
